Therefore, we can account for the unique geometry of the Juggernaut Tactical grip module and each supported weapon light.

Proper holster fitment starts with an accurate mold.
At Slim Fit Holsters, we use a 3D scanning and CNC machining process to develop our molds. The Juggernaut Tactical P365 setup is digitally scanned so we can capture the dimensions and geometry of the firearm, grip module, rail system, and weapon-light configuration.
Using that scan data, we create and CNC machine a dedicated holster mold specifically for the setup.
This process allows us to build the holster around the actual Juggernaut P365 configuration. We do this rather than relying on a standard SIG P365 mold and attempting to modify it afterward.
The result is a holster engineered from the beginning around the firearm you’re actually carrying.

On light-bearing holsters, retention is primarily indexed around the weapon light. This makes it especially important to select the correct light configuration when ordering.
Why the Juggernaut Grip Module Requires the Right Holster
Aftermarket P365 grip modules can change several critical external dimensions of the firearm. These include the trigger-guard area, accessory rail, frame profile, and overall geometry.
